THE SPEAKERS
Monika Dabrowska is the Founder and Director Innovaction Global, an innovation consulting company that helps organisations improve performance and achieve their goals and vision by raising grants and managing R&D funded projects.
Monika has over 10 years of experience in obtaining EU and UK funding and providing management for R&D and investment projects to public and private organisations. During her career, she provided business support, coaching and mentoring on team management, business model, business planning, international market strategy, investment readiness, access to funding and finance. Working with maritime, healthcare, energy and IT companies, she is adding value to teams looking for intelligent, insightful information.
Johanna Hooper is the Founder and Director of Limitless Peak Performance, a consultancy and coaching practice focussed on the small business people agenda. Johanna has nearly three decades of experience leading and managing individuals and teams and uses this practically in the coaching, mentoring, mediation, consulting and facilitation services that she provides.
As a workforce consultant, Johanna has helped clients build the conditions for operational success through: critical skills management; culture change; leadership coaching; and team effectiveness.
During her coaching, tutoring and consulting career, Johanna has facilitated in excess of 30 workshops to help clients think through and co-create their futures. She has accrued over 400 hours of coaching/mentoring experience including accreditation as a Senior Practitioner by the EMCC.
Johanna is a tutor and mentor on the national Help To Grow: Management Programme on behalf of Portsmouth, Winchester, London South Bank and Cardiff Metropolitan universities where she helps growing business owners tackle the challenges or organisation design, leading change and employee engagement.
She is also a TEDx speaker and regularly does speaking gigs for large and small organisations on the subjects of leadership and resilience.
